ASEMlab planlegger å anskaffe følgende utstyr: En småskala blanding: Dette utstyret vil bli brukt til å smelte, blande og homogenisere plastmaterialer for å lage materialer for komponenttesting og materialkarakterisering i mindre volumer. Utstyret skal kunne passe på et bord og ikke ta for mye plass. Et sprøytestøpesett i liten skala: Dette utstyret vil bli brukt til å støpe plastdeler. Den vil bli brukt til å lage prototyper og prøveeksemplarer i små produksjonsserier. Utstyret skal kunne få plass på et bord uten å ta for mye plass. Vi ønsker å kunne blande og sprøytestøpe ulike termoplastiske materialer, også fylt med fyllstoffer eller/og fibre. De to utstyrsdelene skal være kompatible og fungere godt sammen. Tilbudet skal også inkludere kostnadene knyttet til alt nødvendig utstyr for installasjon, som eksosanlegg og annet utstyr for overholdelse av forskrifter og sikker bruk. Tilbudet skal inkludere kostnader til installasjon og opplæring. Verdien av anskaffelsen er beregnet til ikke å overstige 130 000 EURO ekskl. mva. ASEMlab is planning to acquire the following equipment: A Small Scale Compounder: This equipment will be used to melt, mix, and homogenize plastic materials to create materials for component testing and material characterization in smaller volumes. The equipment must be able to fit on a table and not occupy too much space. A Small Scale Injection Moulding Machine: This equipment will be used to mold plastic parts. It will be utilized for creating prototypes and test specimens in small production series. The equipment must be able to fit on a table without taking up too much space. We want to be able to compound and injection mold different thermoplastic materials, also filled with fillers or/and fibers. The two pieces of equipment should be compatible and function well together. The offer must also include the costs related to, all necessary equipment for installation, such as exhaust systems and other equipment for regulatory compliance and safe use. The offer must include costs for installation and training. The value of the procurement is estimated to not exceed 130 000 EURO excl. VAT.
