Anskaffelsen omhandler bygging av fylkeskommunalt bussdepot i Alta. Depotet er del av et større prosjekt hvor Troms og Finnmark fylkeskommune realiserer egne bussdepoter på inntil 10 lokasjoner iFinnmark. Fylkeskommunen er ansvarlig for kollektivtilbudet i Finnmark, og bussdepotene er kritiskinfrastruktur som understøtter bussdriften. Bussdepotet inneholder nødvendige fasiliteter for både busser og personale tilknyttet bussdriften.
