Statsbygg har fått i oppdrag fra kultur- og likestillingsdepartementet (KUD) å utføre nødsikringstiltak for å sikre videre drift av Nationaltheatret frem til rehabilitering. Nationaltheatrets hovedbygning ble oppført i 1899 i Studenterlunden i Oslo. Bygningen ble fredet i 1983. Denne anskaffelsen omhandler rigg og hovedbedrift for gjennomføring sommeren 2023.
