Hensikten med denne undersøkelsen er å søke informasjon om hva markedet har å tilby av tekniske løsninger, pris, modenhetsnivå og leveringstid for radarer til luftvern. Innsamlet informasjon vil blir brukt til å beslutte prosjektgjennomføring, til å definere funksjonelle og tekniske krav, budsjett og gjennomføringstid for prosjektet.
