Den økonomiske ramma som ligg til grunn for politisk vedtak, er på 120 mill eks mva. I summen ligg også byggherre-kostnader (finansiering, utstyr, tomtekjøp, grunnarbeid utført pr des 2020, reguleringsplanarbeid, eigne ressursar, inventar). Ut frå dette er den økonomiske ramma for entreprisekostnad ca. 107 mill. eks. mva. NB! summen inkluderer ikkje arbeid spesifisert i Bok 1 kap. 3.7.2  Hovudanlegg vatn og avløp frå tomt til framtidig reinseanlegg ved sjø.
