Description

This request for information relates to the complete delivery and installation of a heat pump based energy central placed within the property of Digiplex Norge (DNAS) in accordance to all relevant Norwegian and European rules and regulations. The scope and purpose of this RFI is for FOV to obtain the information for both investment purposes and in order to prepare for the upcoming procurement process. All required information and documentation is stated in the attached documents.

The overall scope of supply encompasses the EPC delivery of a complete, optimized and module-based heat pump energy central including civil constructions, buildings and building installations within the battery limits indicated in the document ‘preliminary scope of work’, and in accordance with the technical requirements described in the same document, and in accordance to all relevant Norwegian rules and regulations.
