Description

Oppdragsgiver innbyr til konkurranse med forhandling over EØS-terskelverdi iht. FOA del I og III for prosjektet Vardheia ungdomsskole og idrettshall. Prosjektet er et samarbeidsprosjekt mellom kommunene Time og Klepp, der Time kommune er utbygger. Prosjektet blir finansiert med en fordelingsnøkkel mellom de to kommunene. Prosjektet er i sin helhet plassert i Time kommune. Romprogram, kostnadsramme og fremdriftsplan er politisk godkjent av Time og Klepp kommune. Samlet kostnadsramme, entreprisekostnader for forprosjekt/samspill og totalentreprise, for prosjektet som beskrevet i dette konkurransegrunnlaget er beregnet til ca. 225 mill. kr.[A1] eks.mva. Formålet med konkurransen er å anskaffe leverandør med kontraktsmedhjelpere for prosjektering, utførelse og prøvedrift av skole, idrettshall og turnhall med tilhørende uteanlegg. I tilknytning til prosjektet skal det bygges ny gang- og sykkelvei langs Nordlysvegen og det skal legges ny vannledning i Tinghaugvegen. Iht. vedlagt romprogram skal skolen ha et nettoareal på 4690 m² og idrettshallen 2026 m². Skoletomten er på ca 27 dekar.
